party. ProCounty makes no claims though, to the ongoing security, ethics, or any other aspects of

ProCounty.net's websites, is Copyrighted by ProCounty.net with the exception of any
links (graphic or text) that belong to the respectively linked site AND materials provided
by third parties for posting on our site.

We will strive to resolve any questions,
corrections, and complaints with a reasonable solution.
ProCounty.net reserves the right to discontinue service requests
and agreements at our discretion due to customer requests for such
action or of our own volition. Under such circumstances it
is our policy to refund any unused payment amounts minus any setup
fees.

Setup fees and special package offers are generally non-refundable
except at our discretion and on a case by case basis.

Changes to this policy may be made by
ProCounty.net without notice. Acceptance of services by
ProCounty.net or ongoing use of any of our services constitutes
agreement and acceptance of any and all changes in our policies.

You may request your money back at any time under the guidelines
given in this policy. ProCounty.net reserves the right to
examine any such request and apply our interpretation of the
ProCounty.net policies in determining the amount of any refund.

Service Policy.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any
request to use our services. No offer of service which is
advertised, solicited, spoken, written or otherwise made by
ProCounty.net will constitute an agreement or guarantee that such
services can or will be provided by or through
ProCounty.net. We maintain the right to withdraw such offers
or discontinue any services in whole or on a case by case basis,
at our discretion.

ProCounty.net will always retain sole discretion
on matters of providing services that are requested.
ProCounty.net may deny services for any reason and will readily
deny services for the following reasons:

nature of content (obscene, vulgar, sexual, racist,
bigoted, false information, unethical, or any other content we
deem unfit for any reason and at our discretion).

nature of activity on the part of the customer
(illegal, immoral or any other activity that we object to for
any grounds at our sole discretion and without further explanation
on our part).

our own limitations (time, personnel, skills,
products or anything else that we feel we lack in order to
provide a quality service that we will be proud of).

ProCounty.net offers several services including:
design services, hosting services and local web portals (ProCountyNets™).
We make no guarantee as to the continued and uninterrupted
availability or usability of our own sites or the sites which we
host. Many factors out of our control may lead to a web page
or site being unreachable by some or all who seek to visit.
Only customers who pay for hosting for their own site and who
suffer extended periods of downtime (unreachable by all) will be
entitled to a refund under the complete terms found within this
policy agreement.

Third Party Providers

ProCounty.net uses third party providers to provide
services to our customers. ProCounty.net strives to find
reputable companies with which we may affiliate ourselves in order to
provide a wider selection of services, a higher level of expertise,
and/or a better price value for our customers..

Services which we may likely provide through a third
party include, but are not limited to: internet access, hosting,
domain registrations, and url submission to search engines.

ProCounty.net cannot and does not guarantee the
privacy of your business or personal information when submitted to OR
through a third party provider. Many of these services, such as
submissions to search engines, will allow some of your business or
personal information to be distributed by their very nature.

All services which are paid for by ProCounty.net
to a third party service provider on behalf of one of our
customers entitles ProCounty.net to collect the full amount
charged to the customer, and those amounts are non-refundable.

It is our policy to NOT sell email addresses
or provide them knowingly to any third party without your
clear consent.

We will use your email address to contact you
in regards to any information that you request

We will also keep in contact with active
customers concerning account and service information and.

We may contact you as an active, prospective
or past customer to offer services or request your
feedback. You may request that we not contact you in
this way and we will honor that request by removing your email
address from future promotional mailings.

We cannot guarantee that your email address
will not be discovered by unscrupulous third parties through
your use of ProCounty.net's services and websites or through
your contact with us.

Information Submitted

It is our policy to NOT sell your personal or
business information or provide it to any third party without
your clear consent.

We collect your contact information for our
business and billing purposes when you knowingly submit such
information online, through email, over the phone, in writing
or by any other means we may use.

above) that is submitted to third parties directly through
our sites or by following a link from our sites automatically
places the user in an agreement with that third party.
ProCounty.net takes no responsibility for how that information
will be handled. It is your responsibility to read and
accept all service agreements and privacy policies on third
party sites.

We cannot guarantee that information will not
be discovered by unscrupulous third parties through your use
of ProCounty.net's services and websites or through your
contact with us.

Online User Information

It is our policy to NOT sell your information
that is attainable from your use of the internet (behind the
scenes).

While it is not our current practice,
information that we may, at our discretion, collect will not
be used by us to identify you in any way. We reserve the
right to collect statistical information through any means and
for any use at our discretion.

Internet Access

ProCounty.net is an official distributor for
In-Touch Software™. We are able to offer initial sign up
for new service with In-Touch.net. Customers who sign up
with this service become customers of In-Touch.net and are
responsible for reading and agreeing to any user policies that are
instated by In-Touch.net.

ProCounty.net makes no guarantees as to the
service availability or quality. We do, however, feel
confident in our affiliation with In-Touch.net and with the access
which they provide.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of any one of
ProCounty.net's customers to provide accurate, truthful and legal
information concerning business agreements and web page
content. Customers may forfeit both payment and continued
services if we find that willful illegal or misinformation has
been submitted to ProCounty.net.

Copyright issues and all other legal issues
surround information provided to ProCounty.net are the sole
responsibility of those who submit that information.

Payment and non-payment issues that arise from
amount due to ProCounty.net are subject to collection by
ProCounty.net under the terms (generally 30 days or end of the
month) of the corresponding agreement. ProCounty.net
reserves the right to seek collection through any means at our
disposal. Special payment arrangements may be made at our
discretion.

Limit of Liability

All claims against ProCounty.net and/or the
owners, employees or associates of ProCounty.net will always be
limited to the actual cost to the customer for services rendered
by ProCounty.net.

In the event that ProCounty.net ceases to offer
services OR cannot or chooses not to offer ongoing services that
have been paid in advance, then the limit of liability on the
ProCounty.net's will be
confined to any unused service or time of service at our standard
billing rate. This means that discounts for bulk time or
otherwise discounted services will become void and the full and
highest rates will apply to previously supplied services to
determine any amount that may be refunded, except at the discretion of
ProCounty.net.

ProCounty.net will not be
held liable for any lost business, revenue or other losses, real
or suspected, that occur as a result of the actions of
ProCounty.net and it's agents or any failure of services provided
by or through ProCounty.net.

All customers of ProCounty.net, for any services
offered, agree to all of the terms found within this policy
statement. ProCounty.net will not be held liable beyond the
terms of this policy.
